Before we provide you with an idea on pricing we want you to think about VALUE, RETURN, EASE-OF-USE and the ability to communicate with your customer base within minutes.

A full demo will take between 30-60 minutes depending on how many questions you have and how savvy you are behind a computer.

We’d love to be able to state one flat rate that covers everybody but, that is not the reality. Every organization has different needs and we do realize that. The fact is there are many a-la-carte features to this web-based email program, and thus the pricing can vary significantly.

Brief comparison to Direct Mail

Let's say you mail out a monthly postcard to your customers. Let's also say it's a full color, two-sided, slick 6x9 postcard. Including creative design time, printing costs, mail house fees and postage, this direct mail campaign will cost you between $0.35 and $0.60 per household, delivered. Our basic program is about 1/9th the cost AND you'll have tracking information that direct mail simply can't produce.

For the record, The Marketing Machine specializes in and fully endorses the use of Direct Mail but, we have found that Direct Mail is better suited for the acquisition of new customers and/or as an element of a multichannel advertising campaign,, whereas Email Marketing is ideal for regular communication with an already established in-house customer base.
